I'm Lorelei Carter. I've spent years sitting across from couples, first as a therapist and now as a relationship coach.
I rebuilt my own life more than once. I raised three daughters largely on my own and built a career and a life in a new city from the ground up.
I've been hungry, frightened, and lonely. I've also been afraid of someone who wouldn't let me go. I'm not saying that for sympathy. I'm saying it because those years are where the wisdom in this work comes from, not a classroom.
I've learned this: the couples who do well aren't the ones who never struggle. They're the ones who do the real work on purpose instead of waiting for a crisis to force it. That's what you're getting here. Not theory. Tools that actually move you from stuck to solid.
